Penny was born and raised in Eagle Lake, Colorado County and has lived here all of my life. Living in a small town makes you really know people and also the land that makes this area. Her passion has always been real estate whether it was when she worked for a Mortgage Company in the construction lending department with new home builders or just riding out on a piece of property loving the fresh air and scenery. Life does not get any better than that.
